METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH
The topic of the Seminar Paper is “CRIMES AGAINST WOMEN” which covers specifically obscenity, outraging the modesty of woman, cruelty, dowry death and rape
(special emphasis). This project has been prepared in a very simple and lucid style. This project contains the laws regarding crimes against women in Indian as well as
International perspective covering most of the leading and recent cases of India as well as of other countries. In addition to it the recent legislations passed in this respect have also been mentioned in a descriptive manner. My project is fully based on research method dependent upon the research work of various scholars. This topic is of such a peculiar nature that one would not find many materials while
