The Most Important Pill
As human beings, we like to believe we rest high atop the evolutionary tree. After all, we are supposedly civilized, enlightened, and smarter than all the other animals on the planet.
Are we really though?
Human beings dominate all other species, destroying those that stand in the way of our vision of progress. Dominate being the keep word. If humans were truly intelligent, wouldn’t they make living in harmony with nature their top priority. Despite humans knowing the importance of a healthy ecosystem, we have ravage the earth and pollute it beyond repair.
Lions, tigers, elephants, rhinos, birds, snakes, turtles, fish, frogs, spiders and countless other species are on the verge of extinction, the vast majority of the …show more content…

We’ve all done stupid things.
We have all made mistakes and stupid choices. Does this make us stupid? Maybe not, but the internet has made it easier for me to see that stupidity knows no boundaries.
How many people admit and truly believe they are an idiot? Isn’t it always the other guy who’s stupid or do we just call others stupid to makes us feel more intelligent. I see the “I’m with stupid” shirts but I can’t say I’ve ever seen an “I’m stupid” shirt.
Here in Thailand, taxi drivers attack and kill foreigners for disrespecting them or not paying their fare. In one of the most famous cases, a foreigner refused to pay his $1.60 fare because he thought the driver had rigged the meter. The cab driver proceeded to hack him to death with a machete. Does either of these people sound intelligent?
Thai women often ask others if they are beautiful. Su-ay mai? Su-ay mai? Is this a stupid question? If they’re ugly, how many men are going to say, “No, you’re ugly as hell?” And what’s to guarantee if you do tell them they’re beautiful they will believe you? After all, these are the very same women who buy those magical skin creams to turn their brown skin white. The knockout game that for a brief period of time gained popularity.
This clearly demonstrates mankind’s stupidity. The knockout game is considered by some to be a hilarious yet brutal form of entertainment. Since when did a young man knocking out a 75-year-old woman who can barely walk become funny? Surely this is one of the low points of civilization and points to man’s lack of intelligence.
A college education is no guarantee of intelligence. What happens if the teacher is an idiot but somehow managed to become a professor? Just how intelligent is it to go to school for 4 years or longer, paying as much as for an education as you would for a house, with no guarantee of a decent paying job?
I often yell and scream in my YouTube videos about the stupidity of some of the men. How intelligent is it to fly halfway around the world to fall in love with a woman who only cares for his money and who has been ridden more times than Seattle Slew?
This is not to say I am above anyone else. I admit, my wife and kids and I have watched every Jackass movie ever made. Instead of intelligent, deep conversations, we sometimes prefer watching one human kicking another in the balls as hard as they can. That’s
entertainment!
If humans are so smart, why isn’t finding a cure for stupidity top priority? Surely if humans working at a pharmaceutical company can make a pill to make and keep a man’s penis hard, we should be able to make a pill to cure stupidity.
If the human language is such a powerful method of communication, why are humans unable to work out their problems and instead have to worry about terrorists and nuclear war? Intelligent, don’t you think?
Is it intelligent to drink alcohol until we puke? Or to get in an automobile so drunk we are unable to walk a straight line?
All around the world, men, women and children smoke cigarettes knowing full well they are basically cancer sticks.
For every action, there is a reaction. So why do we have such a hard time taking this into consideration before we do something stupid?
Are we all stupid? Am I so stupid I don’t know I’m stupid? What makes someone intelligent? Making mistakes is a normal part of evolution.
I don’t know…but I’m going to keep it simple, stupid. It’s easier that way.
If intelligence is an aspect of survival of the fittest, with any luck, stupid people will one day go the way of the DoDo bird.
