Driving past the borders of the two countries was definitely nostalgic but the view of the setting sun glistening off the sky scrapers that I witnessed while arriving through Manhattan did neutralize it. Maybe New York, the big city of dreams was the place destined for me, not Toronto. Few weeks later I enrolled into Queens High School of Teaching, and met dedicated students and inspiring teachers, who turned out to have a great influence on me. Not only did they guide me through the process of college applications, but they also treated me like family. I had realized that maybe this change too, was a good one. It had certainly been very busy 4 months as I was studying for the physics SAT, math SAT and the normal SAT on top of my school work which helped me become a better time manager and organizer. These two skills that I now possess will benefit me for the rest of my high school, college and work career. But that wasn't the most important thing I had learned. Experiencing a unique change like this helped me realize that one shouldn't be scared of them, as everything happens for a greater purpose. Having a positive attitude towards a change can in turn help you be ready for the change and adapt to it. After all, is it really possible to incline in life without experiencing
