I have taken a lot of leadership roles such as helping out at summer camps, in my 4-H club, in NJHS, and in karate. This quality carries over into my school life. Often, I become the leader in group projects, specifically in World Studies. In sixth grade, the Humanities Program did a Greek City State Olympics, and my group represented Rhodes. For this project, we had to design an event as well as create prizes for the winners. I took leadership for the prizes, creating wreaths. Similarly, in seventh grade, we did plays based on African folktales.
