With the guidance of the Board of Directors and you, the Membership, Colonial Square continues to prosper and move forward, improving our community and cooperative living. The management staff is striving to move forward with changes in our policies and procedures, and developing initiatives to provide better service.

The average sales price of townhomes/shares is continuing to increase. The average time on the market is very short. I have received very positive feedback from new Members. Most of our new Members join our community by word-of-mouth, relatives, friends, families, and realtors.

You will receive estimates and be billed through your Membership Account. The work is being performed and guaranteed by Colonial Square!
