Coming Of Darkness Monologue
Before electricity and technology advanced to how it was today. And even way before gunpowder was invented, and wars were fought with steel and blades. There was a time when humanity was disparaged and hiding from the monsters that roamed the lands, the Yanjikus.

Quivering and crawling underneath the rocks that were littering the plains and mountains. Humans were only waiting for their untimely demise, or as to what they called ‘the coming of the darkness‘. Where a man that came from the gloom would take them to another world. A place where you were trapped for an eternity with only yourself and the never ending darkness that surrounds you. Although, there was a tale about the man who took you to that world. Were he would bring you back if

If there were other ways that they wouldn’t need to relocate then he would suggest it. But he couldn’t think of anything that would not lead to their group’s demise.

“We still have a higher chance of surviving here than if we go outside!” The man who first asked him what to do, didn't agree on leaving the monsters protection.

It wasn’t only the Yanjikus that they should be afraid of. There was also the hazardous surroundings, climate, and resources that were to be used, which he considered before answering with certainty to the Elder.

The other’s then started to offer up other solutions. Filling the whole cave with noise and arguments that went on for hours, only to be stopped by someone who just casually appears out of thin air next to the Elder. As if it was only natural that he would be standing right there next to him.

“婲Õ่ツसंस्कृ಑軯!” He started spouting words that they couldn’t understand.

“Who are you!?” The people inside readied their weapons that were made out of long sticks, and stones that were tied at the end of it by a vine. Wondering if this was a person from one of the other settlements out there. They were too shocked at the sudden appearance that they didn’t even notice that the man appeared out of nowhere.

“¿qué?” The stranger looks down on the floor and puts on a thinking expression.

“Where am I again? Bonjour? Hallo? Nǐ hǎo?” He started spewing words again, but this time, they could understand some of it.

“... Let’s just go with Hello!” The man wearing weird clothing said in a cheerful

Satan’s opening monologue contains numerous literary devices such as alliteration, repetition, anthropomorphism, and rhythm and rhyme. In regards to repetition, the word “kynde” refers to rank/species/degrees sets the tone and reinforces the message that the common theme throughout the narrative of the Fall is the dangers of aspiring towards something which is prohibited by the natural laws set by God. For instance, it is because of his frustration towards himself and his own “kynde” as a fallen angel which leads, Satan to cause an initial rebellion – here the audience is reminded of his pride and arrogance. Similarly, it is also because of the natural laws of the world and his “kynde” that God can enforce laws over humans and warn of the dangers…
