ABC, Inc. did not provide enough supervision and guidance for their new campus recruiter, Carl Robins, who has only been in his position for six months. The first problem, the training room is already booked for June 15. The easiest solution for this problem would probably be to move the training date to the first week in July when the training room would be available. Another solution would be to rent a training room at another facility to accommodate the training needs for June 15.
Carl's second problem was forgetting to set up appointments for the new trainees to be tested for drugs. To resolve this problem, he could contact the clinic and see if he could schedule all the trainees to be tested within the next week. Then he would need to call all the new trainees and have them come in and review their files, making corrections to the applications and bringing in their transcripts.
Another problem would be the lack of a complete orientation training manuals. This is something the company should never be without. A complete manual would have to be sent to the printers, whether in house or out sourced, the manual would have to be completed before the training on the June 15.
