Committing Suicide

Committing Suicide I believe everyone must have heard suicide news. It appears in newspapers all the times. The most popular news that I think most of us have heard is Korea’s president committing suicide by jumping from a high cliff. This is one of many suicide cases. Today, suicide can happen everywhere and every time. What are the causes of suicide? In my opinion, the causes of this problem are unemployment, disappointed in something or someone and imitatation of behavior from movies or other media. Most people are unemployment because the world population is increasing rapidly. Now, the world population number has increased to more than 5,000 million. When there are a lot of people, the competition in working is also high. This situation results in the increasing rate of unemployment. When these people are unemployed, they feel stressed. Why are they stressed? The main factor is that to live in the society happily, people need money. If they are unemployed, they don’t have money to buying things. As they have nothing to do, the stress also increases continuously. At last, these people decide to commit suicide because they think that it is useless to stay alive and they are useless. This case can be found among middle aged persons because they must face with a lot of pressures at work and in the society. And when the pressure and stress increase, they don’t know how to manage this problem. Therefore, they may choose suicide to end the problems. Second, the cause of committing suicide is disappointment with someone or something. People can have disappointment with other; for example, they are heartbroken from their lovers. When this situation happens, people think too much about it. People can also have disappointment with things; for example, when you do something hard, you expect that its result will be good, but it is the reverse. You may feel disappointed. If two situations occur, the stress can happen later. The stress that occurs from these causes will lead to committing suicide like the pressure from work. The last cause of suicide in this article is imitating behaviors from movies or other media. Some movies always have many scenes that are unsuitable for children, such as sex and violent scene. Suicide scenes also appear in several movies. Although many producers attempt to control these scenes, they cannot control all of them. When the children see these movies, they may copy those actor behaviors. They may think that it is a good example without careful consideration. The suicidal cases that happen from this cause can be prevented parents must take care of their children. If they can do it, this problem will not occur. The result of these causes is more and more people want to commit suicide. When it happens more, it is becoming a social problem. In conclusion, if you would like to prevent this incident from your family, you must take care and observe the behaviors of members in your family. This problem can decrease by beginning to solve in your family, then your society and so on. People should relax, such as by listening to the music, shopping and playing sports when you feel stressed with something.
