Common Outlook 2010 Issues And Procedures 
Outlook will not Check My Email, or states “No Connection to Microsoft Exchange” after 5 minutes.

In Outlook, I am no longer able to click on links in emails or documents. I get an error message that says “This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.”
This Issue is due to the previous install of Google Chrome being set as default browser and Outlook expecting to open the links in Google Chrome, which is blocked by the DHS firewall, resulting in the error message.
Start-Control Panel-Default Programs
Set Program Access and Computer Defaults
UAC will as for ADMIN Credentials, your IT technician can perform this for you.
Drop the Custom Menu Down
Configure the following settings for default web browser.
Configure the following settings for default email program as well.
Then Click Ok.

A Good Reminder: Make a copy of your archive files and save them on your M:\ Drive in a special folder. Then, remap your Outlook Profile to the archive file in your M:\ Drive to ensure data continuity in the event of data loss caused by a computer error.
Under File Tab, Select Open.
In the Open Pane, Select Open Outlook Data File.
By Default in Windows 7, your archives will be stored here:
C:\Users\yourusernamehere\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst
Select Your Archive.pst file and Click Ok.
You Have Now Successfully Linked Your Archives and .PST files to your Outlook Profile.
Add Additional Mailboxes
For Outlook 2010
Click on File->Account Settings Button
Select Account Settings
Select on Change
Select More Settings
Select the Advanced Tab
Click on the Add button next to "Open these additional mailboxes" field.
In the Add mailbox field, type the full name of the mailbox or the account name.
