Lack of guidance has often led to missed deadlines, declining morale, and misguided spending. Once the communication skills are learned and used properly, it will make it easier for the staff to understand their tasks and they will be able to prioritize accordingly. Apart from communication skills, all staff members at CanGo should receive project management training. There are a number of examples of this software,
one of which is Microsoft Project, if used properly, this software will assist all staff members with their scheduling of task, projects and their overall time. This management tool would be in the form of a Gantt Chart.
The staff members may have ideas the can help CanGo, the only way to be able to hear the ideas, is to allow the staff to be involved in the decision making processes. This will give staff the opportunity to voice their opinions as well as exercise their imagination, this can only benefit CanGo.
