Statement of Problem:

The system provides wireless connectivity to mobile phone users in order to provide seamless communication. A mobile phone user has to register with the administrator by buying a SIM card. SIM can be bought from the website and user makes payment via internet banking or via credit card. A phone number is associated which each SIM card. The user then inserts this SIM card into his mobile handset in order to use the mobile phone for wireless communication.

The mobile user can dial any desired number in order to call another person. The call is connected if the receiver answers the phone call. Once the call is connected the users can speak through the mobile phone. The mobile user can continue his conversation even while in motion and the call is not dropped. Call ends when either of the users cancels the call. If a user does not want to answer an incoming call, he can cancel the call. A busy tone is automatically sent to the caller. The user can save any phone number in his mobile contacts list for future use. The user can type a text message and send it to another mobile user by typing his mobile number or selecting a number from the contact list. The message is received at the other end immediately but can be read by the receiver any time later. Call and message log is maintained in the mobile phone for recent phone calls or messages, both incoming as well as outgoing. The time as well as cost of each log is also maintained.

Call charges are with respect to the time duration of the call while SMS charges are based on the length of the message sent. Amount equivalent to the charges is deducted from the users account. If there is not enough balance in the account, the user is not permitted to make calls or sent messages. However he can receive calls or messages. The user can recharge his account occasionally as per his choice through the website. The user need not login to the website. He can
