Mission Statement:
The Busy Bees’ mission is to foster and facilitate learning as well as the successful completion of PMAN 638-9080 by engaging all team members in the process, and drawing on the collective resources and experiences of our group in order to establish group goals, set individual responsibilities, develop operational plans, and deliver finished products in line with our collective expectation level.

Methods of Communication:
Team Member
Preferred Means of Communication
Frequency of Communication:
The team will have scheduled weekly communications via telecon or Internet chat. The project manager will schedule all meetings. When a deliverable is due, the team will meet the night it is due to all sign-off on the deliverable.
It is also the expectation that the team will be in contact throughout the weeks via e-mail to give status updates.
Missing a Scheduled Meeting:
Notify team as soon as possible and read the after action report posted in the study group conference for items of interest and actions items due.
Back-up Communications:
If a team member is not able to connect via the Internet due to various reasons phone or text team members to make them aware. Emergency situations are bound to arise and can be handled as needed. Identified Communication Challenges:
