1. INTRODUCTION

Community service is donated service or activity that is performed by someone or a group of people for the benefit of the public or its institutions. This community service is organized by our class in order to fulfil the subject’s requirement which we need to do it as a group project.

Even we cannot donate much an amount of money, we were able to lighten the burden of the orphanage with “gotong-royong” and organized various kinds of sports for the orphanage to have fun and make them happy.

“Visit for love” is our theme for that day which brings a meaning of sharing the love to the orphanage.

2. OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this event to be organized are to:

i) Provide programs and services that will allow students to interact and become involved within the residential community

ii) Increase opportunities for students to serve well with the community

iii) Build teamwork among members

iv) Understand each of the task given and perform it well

3. EVENT DETAILS

Date : 5th May 2012

Day : Saturday

Time : 8 am – 1.30pm

Venue : Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Baitul Hidayah, Puchong

Activity : “Gotong-royong” and various sports for the orphanage kids (“Sukaneka”).
