Company Orientation Welcome Letter from iQor Clark 3

Hello Joan Ordonez! Congratulations on beginning your new career with iQor Clark 3! We would like to welcome you to our company and would also like to provide you with some critical information pertaining to the start of your career with us. Your first day of training will begin with a company orientation. This will start at 8am on March 28th, 2014. Our facility is located at located at Bldg 2528 Corporate Office Cyber City IT Park Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Upon your arrival on March 28th, 2014, simply stop by the guard station to obtain your ID and you will be directed to the Atrium Gym. To ensure a smooth transition into our company and to comply with legal and payroll requirements, you will need to bring with you, on your first day, the following documents:
1. Your SSS number (SSS ID Card) - If you do not yet have an SSS number, you will need to apply at the Angeles City SSS office. Application is simple and takes less than 2 hours. Just bring an NSO certified birth certificate to the Angeles City SSS office. Ask the SSS guard for an application form (E1 or E2 form) and for instruction as to where to proceed. Your SSS number will be immediately provided.
2. Your Tax Identification Number (TIN). If you do not yet have a TIN, you will need to apply at Saver’s Mall Balibago Angeles City BIR office. Application is simple and takes less than 2 hours. You will need a completed application form (see attached BIR Form). Bring your completed application form (with 2 copies) to the BIR office and ask the guard for instruction.
If you already have a TIN, we shall advise you on instructions on change forms for different employer and/or BIR office. You can definitely join the training while processing this.
Please bring with you 2 clear copies of above together with the Original documents. Remember, these 2 requirements are critical for your employment with iQor Clark 3 and you
