Compare and Contrast Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration

Opposites in photosynthesis and cellular respiration.
Is that photosynthesis is taking in carbon dioxide and water by absorbing energy from the sun and then release oxygen and storing glucose. In cellular respiration glucose and oxygen enters and they are converted into carbon dioxide, water and ATP energy. But they work alike because they both have electron transport chains and similarly ATP.

Different ingredients in photosynthesis and cellular respiration. Is
Photosynthesis has carbon dioxide and water. And cellular respiration has glucose and
Oxygen. But they both use ATP, NADH, and NADPH. Also they both covert energy to usable energy.

Different place they work in. Cellular respiration happens in or near the mitochondria. Photosynthesis happens in the chloroplast of a plant. But they both can be performed in plants. And materials produced in one process are used in the other. And they both work in different types of organisms.

The different times they occur

Photosynthesis only happen in daylight while cellular respiration happen
24 hours inside of a human. They both do happen in the daytime and they both occur in living things. They both occur inside of cell in their organisms and help their organisms
Out with what they do.

My conclusion is that photosynthesis and cellular respiration are alike in some ways but are mostly different even thought they use or need some of the same materials from each other. Does not make them the same thing. There are many things different between the two of them but without them plants and humans would not be on this

In my essay I talk about the baseball field putting me in a good place. The Baseball field is where I feel like my problems go away. The smell of the freshly cut grass and the chalk getting put down I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The baseball field felt like home to me. When I am playing baseball I don’t worry about any other thing. When I am at the plate it’s just me and the pitcher. Also when I am playing baseball it brings me back to my childhood days when me and my dad where playing catch. Baseball is my family’s favorite sport. My family and I can sit in front of the TV and watch it for hours. My favorite memory of baseball is when I hit a homerun. I was smiling for weeks about it. I could hear my mom cheering so loud. At that time I had two tests that I didn’t study for but I was so focused on baseball it didn’t matter.…

Cellular respiration and photosynthesis are fascinating, complicated, and important processes that are essential to life. Cellular respiration exists in animal and plants, whereas photosynthesis only exists in plants due to the chloroplast organelle. Cellular respiration starts with glucose, and oxygen and the photosynthesis process on the other hand starts off with the absorption of photons of light from the sun. While the end products of cellular respiration are carbon dioxide, water, and ATP, the end products of photosynthesis are oxygen, water, and glucose. Cellular respiration occurs in the mitochondria whereas photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplast. Cellular respiration occurs in three steps: Glycolysis, Krebs Cycle, and Oxidative Phosphorylation.…

Collectively, these two methods work together to harvest the energy from daylight, package deal it into chemical molecules, and damage down those molecules to energy the development, movement, and functions of all organisms and their cells. Photosynthesis converts sun energy to stored chemical energy, and mobile respiration converts that stored chemical energy to ATP, an vigor molecule used immediately by way of the cellphone. Additionally to the power conversions, these two tactics additionally help cycle fundamental molecules in our surroundings. Photosynthesis eliminates carbon dioxide from the surroundings and releases oxygen gasoline. Cellular respiration uses oxygen gasoline and releases carbon…

Photosynthesis and aer. respiration can be the same in many ways. For instance, both of them contain cycles. In photosynthesis, there is the Calvin cycle, and photosystem I, just producing ATP. In aer. respiration, there is the Kreb cycle. The equations for both of these processes are also similar, C6H12O6 + 602 --> 6CO2 + 6H2O + energy (aerobic respiration.)…

As fuels in cellular respiration carbohydrates, fats and proteins they all can be used but to check reactions and pathways glucose is most commonly used. Photosynthesis is a process of chemical hat was converted from the light energy and are use to produce organic compounds. In plants it occurs within the chloroplast that’s located in the plant leaves. Photosynthesis consisted of two stages which are the light reaction and the dark reaction. The light reaction is when it converts the light into energy and the dark reaction used carbon dioxide and the energy to produce sugar. Reproduction is the process where cells divide and form new cells. Every time a cell divide it makes a copy of its own chromosomes, the genetic material that holds all instruction for all life and sends a copy to the new cell.…

Cellular respiration is defined as an enzyme mediated process in which organic compounds such as glucose is broken down into simpler products with the release of energy (Duka, Diaz and Villa, 2009). It is a series of metabolic processes and oxidation-reduction reactions. Oxidation of substrates, such as glucose, is a fundamental part of cellular respiration (Mader, 2009). As a catabolic process, it may or may not require the presence of oxygen. The process that requires oxygen is called aerobic respiration while the process that does not require the presence of oxygen is called anaerobic respiration. (Duka, et.al. 2007)…
