Compare And Contrast Freak The Mighty
The book Freak the Mighty was far better than the Movie. A big part of the book and movie was King Arthur and his knights. During the book and the movie Freak loved King Arthur so he loved to quote him to help Max learn. They also went on quest like knights did. This is how they came into contact with Iggy and Loretta Lee. In the the movie they incorporated school way more than the book. This Caused a big difference at the beginning of movie. Freak thought Max had thrown the ball at him but it was Tony D. A big scene of the movie was that Freak wanted to play basketball but he couldn't. This never happened in the book. My opinion is that the book was better. One thing that made the book great was the theme but the movie didn’t have that. The

    While these similarities show what these pieces have incommon Freak the Mighty and The Mighty still have differences that make them distinctive. Although the characters have the same names, I have got to say there appearance was definitely incorrect. In the book Max was said to be 7 feet tall, while Kevin was said to be 2 feet tall. In the movie Max was about 6 feet and Kevin was the height of an average 6th grader at Eldorado K-8 ( about 4”6’). Kevin was supposed to have blond hair and blue eyes ( the movie gave him brown eyes and brown hair) while Maxes appearance was not clear in the book.     Researching the Bible in order to help someone with their problems has been around for centuries. Biblical counseling is a practical and effective way to teach through the understanding of Scripture; that thoughts, attitudes, motives, and words flow from a sinful nature of a selfish heart. In counseling, whether Biblical or secular, the main objective should be to help the counselee with the issues they are dealing with. Focusing on keeping the truth in the forefront of the counselee’s mind and always helping them through the hard times is a very important rule of thumb when counseling.
