The comparison and contrasting of the book and movie of Ender’s Game are slight but still there. There are quite a few ways that the book and the movie are different. First, the age at which Ender Wiggins enters into the battle school. In the book he starts at age 6 and he goes and goes all through the years, all the way up to 13. However, in the movie he starts at age 13 and does everything within a shorter amount of time.…

After watching and reading Fahrenheit 451 there were many differences and changes from the book to the movie some of the major changes would be in the movie. Montag was really muscular and not afraid to do anything. In the book Montag was really wimpy and afraid of a lot. The most drastic change would be in the book Mildred was there and focused on her panels the whole entire time and never payed attention to Montag. In the book they also broke out into a really big fight.…
The Most Dangerous Game is a story and a film. They have similarities and differences. Some similarities are the setting, the château, most of the characters, and the island. The island is very mysterious and adventures in both features. General Zaroff and Rainford go in war with each other. The film follows the book in a flow. Although they seem very similar, they have many differences. There are more characters and more horror.…
Ender’s Game is a novel about a child who voluntarily made the decision to military school in order to train to eventually fight in an alien invasion. When reading the novel, the reader is presented with the idea of taking someone’s childhood in order to win. When watching the movie, the viewer gets to see children fighting and preparing for a battle without knowing the overall purpose and message of the novel. Ender’s Game is asking if it is morally correct to train a child for war. In the end though, the novel shows a more fitting message than the movie portrays it.…
Personally, I like the book better. The movie just doesn't give enough information. It leaves out so many details from the book that it just messes up the story line. Don't get me wrong the movie was a great movie but it just wasn't good enough. It needed more details than what it had. The little details is what counts the…
There were many differences between the book and movie. One of the differences in the movie is there is a tornado tracker guy gets information on the tornado, but in the book there isn’t a tornado tracker guy. In the movie, Stacey doesn’t help get Dan ad Arthur out of the basement out of the basement, but in the book, she does. In the movie, the Mom doesn’t give instructions to Dan and Arthur, but in the book she does. In the movie, when Mom leaves the house, she’s checking if Grandmas okay, but in the book, she checks on Mrs. Smiley. In the book, Mrs. Smiley is one of the characters, but in the movie, she isn’t one of the characters. In the book, Dan drives the police car, but in the movie, Dan drives through roadblocks to get to Grandma. In the movie, the Dad got stuck under a car and got rescued, but in the book, the Dad never got stuck under a car. In the movie, Dan sneaks into the car when the Dad is looking for the Mom, but in the book, that doesn’t happen. In the movie, Dan has an earring, but in the book, he doesn’t. In the movie, Grandma dies, but in the book, Mrs. Smiley dies. In the movie, when the family…
One of the things that are different are that it talks about Bernard building his gang in battle school. Another example is that it introduces Bean when dragon army was rebooted in the book, but in the movie, Bean was introduced in the beginning. The final example is that in the movie, Ender found the queen after the battle near the base, in the book Ender finds the queen at the bugger planet that they were colonizing after a few years. This is how the book and the movie is very different from each other.…
There are some movies that are adapted from the novel such as Harry Potter, Da Vinci Code, Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games and Lagenda Budak Setan. What are the differences between watching a movie and reading a novel? There are some contrasts between the two actions. One of the differences is by watching a movie, you just need to sit and relax. It is very easy since you only need to watch it and understands it. Furthermore, you can watch the movie while doing something else such as eating or exercising. You do not really have to focus like to imagine how the atmosphere is in the movie at that time or how a person is walking down the streets. Lastly, you can avoid disbelief since it is a multi-sensory experience. On the other hand, by reading…
I like the movie a christmas carol more than the book. The story a christmas carol has been a very famous story for a long time. The move was better because you could see the actions the charters was taking. Every time the charters mood would change in the movie the lighting or the music would change.…
The War of the Worlds (1898), a science fiction novel by H. G. Wells, is the first-person narrative of an unnamed protagonist's (and his brother's) adventures in Surrey and London as Earth is invaded by aliens. Written in 1895, it is one of the earliest stories that details a conflict between mankind and an extraterrestrial race. Despite its age, this book is still a widely-enjoyed classic, and has inspired nearly 50 movies, 6 Broadway productions, and 2 musicals (one of which I personally own) in its time! The War of the Worlds presents itself as a factual account of the Martian invasion. The narrator is a middle-class scientific journalist somewhat reminiscent of Doctor Kemp in The Invisible Man, with characteristics similar to Wells' at the time of writing. The reader learns very little about the background of the narrator or indeed of anyone else in the novel; characterization is unimportant. In fact, none of the principal characters are named The War of the Worlds has two parts, Book One: The Coming of the Martians and Book Two: The Earth under the Martians.…
Both the book and the movie are very different, they have lots of similarities and differences. The Setting, Plot and Characterisation are three parts that the book and movie can be compared.…
