Compare And Contrast To Kill A Mocking Bird And Noughts
The books that have had the greatest impacts on me are Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman (it is a series of books which I have read all) and To kill a Mocking Bird by. These books are influential to me because both books target themes of racial discrimination and love, friendship, depression, prejudice, violence, and power abuse. Both novels portray a world where it is completely acceptable to discriminate against people because of the colour of their skin. Both novels also have societies which are predicated on ignorance and where there is an unjust status quo. They books convey worlds where they have divisive societies, one class viewing themselves to be superior to the other.
