One of Franklin’s best-known works was Poor Richards Almanac, books filled with facts about the weather, farming, and astronomy. Franklin wrote Poor Richards Almanac soon after he adopted the pseudonym: Poor Richard. Some of Franklin’s other works include: The Way to Wealth, Experiments and Observations on Electricity, and The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. Although Franklin used his talents to write various books of his own, one of his best uses of his talent was his involvement in creating the documents our nation is founded upon. Franklin was a respected and well-liked political figure and writer. Not only a powerful writer, Franklin was also a founding father and important political figure. Franklin played a crucial role in influencing the beginning years of The United States. One of Franklins most significant contributes to the country, as a founding father, was his help in drafting and signing The Declaration of Independence as well as the Constitution. Trusted by many influential people, Franklin gained admiration from people around the country for his knowledge and leadership
