Comparing The American Psychologist Association (A) And Code Of Conduct

After reading your post, it made me think about Principle A of the American Psychologist Association (A) and Code of Conduct (2010) as it relates to a psychologist working in contemporary organizations. With the phenomena of such contemporary organizational issues such as change management, workplace diversity, and organizational justice there is a high propensity for not only value conflicts between the company and the Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychologist, but also the values of the organization and their practices. While overall I think the APA does a pretty thoroughly job covering ethical challenges for a psychologist in a clinical or educational setting. When it comes to addressing value conflict in businesses or organizations
