The concept of monotheism has been grappled with for many centuries by varied religious scholars. The perfect meaning of monotheism has been a problem because various entities define it to suit their belief and religion. However, in this paper, monotheism is defined as the belief that there is only one God who controls all the activities of the universe. Another term that will occasionally be used in this article is polytheism. Polytheism is the belief in the existence of many gods. According to them, Allah is the only God and does not exist in any form. In Islam, all worship and praise are to be directed to God alone. No other god deserves praises. The concept of worshiping images is ridiculous to the Muslims and only shows that human beings lack faith in the unseen mighty Allah. According to them, Christians have three manifestation of Gods which is against the monotheism principles in the Islamic faith. The three God(s) referred herein are God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. In this school of thought, God the Father is the Supreme one. God, the Son, is Jesus Christ whose central role is to be an intercessor to all Christians before God the Father. God, the Holy Spirit is the guide which controls all the Christians to do what is right for God the Father. The interpretation of this logic is that both the God(s) has a separate role though they are argued to be one.
