El Proceso Familiar de Compra: PADRES - ADOLESCENTES

El Adolescente es el consumidor más exagerado que existe, a menudo gasta más de lo que puede producir. No hay un control de gasto ni una jerarquía racional para gastar el dinero. Esté esta en el periodo de los amigos, los amigos ante todo, también existe el deseo de figurar y sobresalir. Hacen todo en compañía de alguien, no es que no sean autosuficientes, es el deseo de compañía de sus amigos. Los adolescentes siempre están en busca de aventuras y las cosas más sencillas de la vida pueden tomarse como un reto para sentir el sabor del triunfo. El adolescente se lanza a buscar experiencias porque cree ya ser mayor y suficientemente inteligente para salvar todos los obstáculos que se le atraviesen hacia la consecución de sus objetivos. Sólo confía en los amigos porque los padres parece que dejaron de comprenderlo.

1. ¿Que factores individuales afectan el proceso de decisión de compra en este estudio?

Percepción – Como perciben los adolescentes las sensaciones/contextos y por lo cual se da un significado (Selección, organización e interpretación)
Aprendizaje – Son los cambios permanentes en la conducta basados en la experiencia personal del adolescente.
Motivación – Son los procesos que hacen que los adolescentes se comporten como lo hacen.
Actitudes y creencias – Los sentimientos, tendencias de los adolescentes hacia objetos- ideas. Son predisposiciones a responder de una determinada manera con reacciones favorables o desfavorables hacia algo. Es una evaluación general perdurable que tiene el adolescente de la gente, objetos u otros temas
Personalidad – Los rasgos psicológicos internos del adolescente que determina la forma en que este se comporta en distintas situaciones.

2. ¿Qué implicaciones de mercadotecnia se puede analizar al conocer las estrategias que los adolescentes utilizan para influir en las decisiones de sus padres?
