A. COMPANY HISTORY
The English Channel.com Cyber Hauz at Lakersfield Homes, Toclong, Kawit Cavite started their business in year 2008. Thelma Samson Gloria was the owner and the one who manages the business. This internet café uses manual system in recording the usage of their computers. They use a log-book that contains the computer number, time in and out, time to be consumed and the amount to be paid. Aside from this task, she is also obliged to ask or remind the customer if they are going to extend their time or them about to end their transaction. After that, they calculate it by computing the time the customer have consumed. It is time consuming and difficult. Sometimes, customers exceeded their usage because they are not guarded properly. And having this kind of negligence causes an income lost to the business.
Any business has to start somewhere small and this shop is one of them, first, it was just a single unit, then few weeks came by, and the units of computer started to increase but not just that there was also an increase in customers and until now there operating ten of their computer units.

It shows the manually recording of billing transactions, and other transactions into MySQL. The system will be used by admin who will manage their manual recording of time.
