I am proposing to use the Vostro 270 Mini Tower for the standard business class machine for this small business. I believe that this system will accomplish all the needs of the business at a low cost. I chose this system because of the different specifications mixed with the fact that it also includes a monitor. The specifications are listed below. * Processor – Intel Core I3-3220 The Core i3-3220 may be an entry-level CPU, but it isn’t cheap, especially when compared with some of the competition from AMD. It isn’t a CPU for overclockers and tinkerers, but it’s great for general desktop use and browsing the web. * Operating System – Windows 7 Professional Windows 7 is not the latest and greatest operating system, but it is still most commonly used for now, and would cut down on having to train employees to use a new operating system. We can always upgrade at a later date. * Monitor – Dell E Series E2213H 22” with LED, 3 year Warranty “The E2213H monitor is arsenic-free and mercury-free LED panel backlight that provides a low-energy light source. Designed to fit comfortably on most office desks, the slim bezel are wonderful space-saver that can free up valuable desk space for an enhanced working experience. Besides, it comes with LED backlight to meet some of the latest environmental standards such as ENERGY STAR®, TCO, CEL and EPEAT Gold which makes them a smart choice for any business, whether you're equipping a new office or upgrading older monitors. It provides essential connectivity and viewing experience with VGA and DVI-D (HDCP)” (Dell, n.d.). * Memory – 4GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz The 4GB DDR3 SDRAM has a faster speed with consistent performance. It uses 30nm technology to use less power (Samsung, n.d.). * Hard Drive – 500GB Hard Drive, 3.5”, 7200rpm, SATA “The 500 GB
