Concept Of Motivation
The reason I am in college is to get a degree in business administration. I want to enhance my knowledge to run my company. I have the motivation to be successful. Nothing can hold me down or back from, where I would like to be in five years from now. Motivation is the concept of, setting your mind to what you believe that you can achieve. Anyone has the ability to do what he or she want to achieve as long as there motivated to work hard to get where their wanting to be.
Writing goals down can help me achieve motivation to accomplice where I want to be in five years. Start by setting your short-term goals. This will help you to achieve your long-term goals. In running any business, you manage the employees in your company but setting guidelines for them to follow. If the company does not have guidelines to follow, then no one would care about the product and how it comes out. Most would show up late, leave early, produce bad products, and the company would fail, as would the owner of the company. As an owner, I set goals to motivate my employees by a reward at the end of the month. Who ever sells the most product that month will receive a weekend off paid. This motivates my employees to work harder to achieve this every month, but in the same since of helping produce my company’s improvement.
Reading books teach how to improve or stay motivated. I have read “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki, about one man who is rich and on who is poor but have the same ability to be successful but in two different aspects. Also read the book “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olson, about how a woman at an airport shining shoes that wanted to make enough money for her daughter to go to cheer camp. Books can help motivate you to achieve your goal, no matter what it is. Books helps me change my thought on life by changing the way I act or speak. Helping me to get on the right path to success.
