2.2.2 Dysfunctional Conflict
The dysfunction conflict is to prevent an organization or group to reach their goal and hinder the organization’s performance and also destructive disagreement between two or more people. In dysfunction conflict, the people always will tend to take an action before thinking so that they have dependent on threat and trickery. Besides that, this conflict will also cause to an act of aggression and revenge in the employee's supervisor and peers and also will caused both losses may exceed any potential gains.
