Targeted Audience
•

Patients who have been diagnosed with heart failure also referred to as congested heart failure (CHF) including those newly diagnosed.

•

Family members to those with CHF, with a more stronger focus on those new to the diagnosis.

•

For those who do not have family members participating in the management of their care, but does have a strong support person and/or caregiver who is dedicated to assisting the patient suffering from the disease congested heart failure are definitely encouraged to attend.

•

As with the majority of all healthcare education seminars the healthcare educators which rare also refer to as the healthcare team are strongly encouraged to attend and …show more content…
