Targeted Audience


Patients who have been diagnosed with heart failure also referred to as congested heart failure (CHF) including those newly diagnosed.



Family members to those with CHF, with a more stronger focus on those new to the diagnosis.



For those who do not have family members participating in the management of their care, but does have a strong support person and/or caregiver who is dedicated to assisting the patient suffering from the disease congested heart failure are definitely encouraged to attend.



As with the majority of all healthcare education seminars the healthcare educators which rare also refer to as the healthcare team are strongly encouraged to attend and
