Straits Quay is a Mediterranean-style sea-front integrated development which is claimed by many to be one of the prominent landmark of Penang. Sited in Tanjung Tokong, this vibrant development neighbours Quayside and The Brezza.
This masterpiece hosts marina, a retail mall serviced apartment. The marina us fully equipped with berths, pier, warehouses and other facilities. Besides that, E&O has introduced water limousine as a unique attraction as well as to connect Straits Quay, the Eastern & Oriental Hotel and Lone Pine Hotel which are all owned by the company.
Its 12.4 acres of festival retail centre comprises a 3 storey building with a net lettable area 270000 sq feet and hosts about 100 tenants. It has a centre boulevard with north and south corridor.
The retail mall at Straits Quay is opened since end of November 2010. There are vast array of international and renowned shops and restaurants have set their sail within the retail podium including Charlie Brown Café, Dome, Aseanna Café, Bella Marino, French deli Agua, Four Season Bakery, Starbucks, Subway, Secret Recipe, Royal Selangor, Versus Versace and others as well as company own Delicious.

Under the same roof, at Straits Quay also have The Actor Studio where built-up area is 22000 sq feet features 2 theaters, a proscenium theater that sits 304 pax and an experimental theater that seats 150 pax. It also hosts a number of studios for classes and practices.
