THIS AGREEMENT made this 14 th Day of September 2014, by and between Mr.
Hemant Zaveri having permanent address at A/3, Siddhachakra Flats, Opposite
Sudama Resort, Pritamnagar, Ellise Bridge, Ahmedabad, herein called
“Landlord,” and Mr. Divyesh Mandavia having permanent address at D-84, Street
No.7, Kalvibid, Bhavnagar-364002 herein called “Tenant.” Landlord hereby agrees to rent to Tenant the dwelling located at D-301, Sharan status near
Devpriya III bungalow, Devpriya Urja complex, Motera-Gandhinagar highway, Ahmedabad-380005 , under the following terms and conditions.

FIXED-TERM AGREEMENT (LEASE):
Tenants agree to lease this dwelling for a fixed term of 11 Months, beginning
154th September 2014 and ending 145th August 2015. Upon expiration, this
Agreement shall become a month-to-month agreement AUTOMATICALLY,
UNLESS either Tenants or Owners notify the other party in writing at least 30 days prior to expiration that they do not wish this Agreement to continue on any basis. 2.
RENT:
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as base rent the sum of Rs.8400 plus maintenance Approximately Rs.1500 per month (May change according to society norms), due and payable monthly maximum of INR 9900/-) in advance on the 15th day of each month during the term of this agreement. The first month’s rent is required to be submitted on or before move-in.

FORM OF PAYMENT:
Tenants agree to pay their rent in the form of post dated cheques to the
Landlord. In case if tenant is not paying rent on 15 th and delaying in any of the month, tenant agrees to give post dated cheques of remaining months to landlord after that.

RENT PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
Tenants agree to pay their rent by Post dated Cheques.
