EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This research has been conducted on the topic of ‘Consumer Behaviour towards RENAULT (DUSTER)’. I chose this topic because I interested in marketing & sales sector. The data to finish this report was collect from chandigarh and over a 1 numbers of people. A substantial help was sought from the various books, journals and internet to reach to the conclusion.
The main purpose of the project ‘Consumer Behaviour towards RENAULT (DUSTER)’ is to get an insight into Sales sector. The data collected being limited to some specific respondents (10) therefore it does not cater to the requirements of the whole of the project.
The research design used for this purpose was descriptive. Questionnaire was formulated and used to collect the primary data and the mode of collection was personal. Sample size was 10. The technique used was convenience sampling. The statistical tool used to analyze data was MS-Excel, SYSTAT. The data collected being limited to some specific respondents (10) therefore it does not cater to the requirements of the whole of the project.
While filling a questionnaire some respondents refuse to fill a questionnaire they have some fear in their mind. Data is collected from 10 persons that include students and Person doing some work.
