1. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
1.1. General Description of Work
Seeds-a-Million is an organization seeking a management consulting company that will prepare a design for an updated inventory tracking system. This contract is for the design only not the implementation of the system, which will be determined at a later date, to aid in determining whether the execution of a tracking system will improve our supply issues and in turn reduce customer complaints.
1.2. What Must Be Included with Bid
This tracking system be completed in six months or less, conform to the budget of $5,000 USD, and weekly updates must be given. All



References: 1.14. Letter of Acknowledgment A formal letter of acknowledgement must be submitted to show intent to submit a proposal on or before April 25th, 2013, 5pm ETS, which is 30 days from the mandatory project start date
