Yee argues that parents should be able to control what kids watch and that parents should hold their kids back from having fun and doing all the other things kids do to prevent them from becoming enraged or violent. Throughout his whole article he only made a few key points. And of those key point many of them were repeated. For example a quarter into his article he talks about a study done by the American psyological association that says kids who play violent video games can become more aggressive over time. It is clearly shown in the paper that Mr. yee thinks parents should control what kids watch. He even says that he took part in a survey done to prove this. Those types of studies can be very misleading because there are way too many variables to be able to have accurate data. This kind of think also blocks what kids find is “fun”. If you don’t let your kid have any fun and say no to almost everything he wants to watch; how do you expect him not to get mad? This topic becomes very two sided quickly, I seems like adults say that they should be able to control what kids watch and play; and teenagers and kids do not think they should be able to control them. Our world we live in now if very video friendly due to vine, Instagram, Facebook, and twitter. Not including some other forms of video sharing. And it has became a big part of us, not just kids, Adults
