Rome and Greece had many influential impacts on the Meditation Sea, such as, impacts on society, and many other things such as trade. In Roman Society the people were divided into groups known plebeians and Patricians. .Rome used the Mediterranean Sea to trade goods to other countries. Another reason was the fact that the Mediterranean Sea was one of the main trade links used between all the different continents and regions surrounding the Roman Empire. People of the Roman Empire used it because it was a lot faster to transport good and a lot safer than land transportation. Overall, both empires have turned out to be complex and influential empires ,however Rome had a much more massive empire and much more cultural and educational impact.…
As a human being, anger is an unavoidable emotion. It is close to impossible to control other people’s reactions, but how you control your reactions depend entirely on you. George Jean Nathan said, “No man can think clearly when his fists are clenched.” Meaning no person can make the correct decision when they are being driven by their anger. It’s difficult to handle strong emotions, but it takes an even stronger person to learn how.…
Anger is a normal and necessary human emotion but can also have an effect on an individual’s aggressive behaviour. Anger is a person’s response to things such as threats and it can bring strong, aggressive feelings as a defence mechanism when being attacked. When the anger begins to get out of control it can become damaging and this can then lead to continuous challenging behaviour. Being assertive is the healthiest way of dealing with anger; it enables people to suppress their anger and enables them make and meet their needs clearly and without hurting other people. Anger can also be supressed by allowing the person to calm themselves down i.e. walking or focus on positive things, however this can create a person to turn their anger inwards and hurt themselves physically i.e. high blood pressure, depression etc., develop a pessimistic/aggressive personality or even indirectly attack others.…

Many people are able to control their anger, unfortunately I often let mine out, for instance by slamming doors and yelling at the people around me. One way I try to prevent an explosion from happening is by attacking something that needs cleaning, in fact almost every neat closet and tidy drawer in the house owes its orderliness to one of my bad moods. Another method I have for working off my anger is running. When I am about to blow up I put on my running shoes and pound the roadway for several kilometers. When my family sees me lacing up my shoes everyone stands clear, they know that I’m like a stick of dynamite with its fuse lit. Cleaning and running are positive ways I cope with anger, however I indulge in one negative way as well, which is eating. When I don’t want to clean or if its raining outside I head for the kitchen .I pull a carton of ice cream out of the freezer and eat the entire liter while holding the dripping container in my hand, or mixing some chocolate chip cookie dough. When the cookies come out of the oven I guard them jealously and eat them all one by one. After an eating binge I don’t feel as tired or cleansed as I do when I run or clean, instead I am depressed and feel disgusted with myself. I am currently trying to stick to my positive anger control methods. I don’t want to gain any more weight. In addition, I don’t want to anger cycle by becoming angry with myself. It is not easy to struggle with anger, butI know I must.…
“Anger is a basic human emotion that is experienced by all people” (Mills, 2005). It is a natural response that is triggered when someone feels hurt or mistreated. Although, it is not just a clear-cut emotion that consists of one general feeling that is the same for everyone. The levels of anger that a person feels may not always be identical and there are varying degrees of responses that someone can express when they are experiencing this sentiment. How often a person gets angry, how intensely they feel this emotion, and how long it lasts varies for every individual. This results in a range of intensity of the anger that they express. How a person decides to handle this emotional signal can be a decisive factor as to any consequential effects…
ANGER – Ever since I remember, I’ve had the habit of getting angry very easily, but it turns out that letting off a head of steam may bring physical benefits. Researchers have found that people who respond to high-stress situations with some righteous anger maintain lower blood pressure and secrete less cortisol, known as the stress hormone, than people who respond with fear or bottle up their feelings.…
In both A Seperate Peace and “A Poison Tree”, the authors explore how anger can change the way a person deals with a situation. Both Authors claim that Anger can seek into you and change how you act as a person. Many people deal with their anger by holding grudges against people to cope. Passage one shows how the narrator let his grudge toward his foe grow until the problem was unfixable. In the passage “i was angry with my friend:/i told my wrath, my wrath did end:/ I was angry with my foe:/ I told it not, my wrath did grow.…
In the deep caverns of the human brain a pitch black corner is found to harbor the overwhelming feeling of anger. As human beings we are capable of feeling a wide range of emotions, some of which are fleeting and of no effect on our actions and others are relatively stronger, strong enough to escape the confinements of the mind and cause disturbances. Anger is one of those stronger feelings. Anger is capable of clouding one’s judgment, demolishing one’s values, affecting one’s physical and mental health and one’s environment and surrounding people. Furthermore, like any other emotion, anger takes many forms and is triggered by a variety of different reasons. For example; being treated unfairly, experiencing abuse, suffering for a certain…
