Controversy Between Technology And Fitness
Is technology building a better platform for fitness or keeping people from being fit? With fitness the continuous growth of our society, technology has become a major necessity. Excess leisure, caused by overly extended phone or computer time, can cause health problems. However a certain branch of technology is made just to make being fit easy, motivates people to get in shape. Controversy between the health problems technology has caused leaves the decision of if technology helps us stay fit or deprives us from being fit is split. Technology has made easy for people to be lazy. whether it be that we don't have to leave the house to buy things or that we don't have to go out and see people that we could just call or text.
