Furthermore, Conference of Parties 21 (COP 21) also gives a lot of positive effect for our environments and health. As a pivotal moment for global health and turning point in work to mitigate and adapt to climate change nearly 200 nations around the world came together in Paris in December to accept a climate change agreement which is known as Conference of Parties. Warning have been given by scientist’s members that we will pass the threshold beyond which global warming becomes catastrophic and irreversible if greenhouse gas emission continue to rise. What is threshold? .Threshold is estimated rise of temperature about 2 degree Celsius above pre-industrial level, and on emissions trajectory while we are experiencing an increase about 5 degree Celsius. The negative side of rising temperature will have health, such as fighting and controlling communicable diseases, serious air pollutions and malnutrition and famine. Besides that, the most terrible effects of warming temperatures is it will create a new opportunities for parasitic diseases for example dengue fever and malaria .The debate on climate change and emission always be the issue among country around the world. Therefore, like kill two birds with one stone, Paris Agreement come with their goal to limit temperature 1.5 degrees Celsius. A 1.5 degree Celsius goal will required a zero level in emissions sometimes between 2030 and 2050 according to some
