Internship Report Guidelines
Graduate School of International Relations
Ritsumeikan University

Submission of an Internship Report is mandatory upon completion of the internship program.
Follow the guidelines below and write a report on your internship experience and results.
The main bodies of submitted reports will be bound and available for reference at the Administrative Office of the College of International Relations in the spring following the completion of the internship.

1. Report Format

Notes • Photos, location maps, and an organizational chart of the internship institution/business can be included, provided the inclusion of such items gives specific information regarding internship activities. In addition, graphs, photos, footnotes, references relating to internship activities as well as research themes can be also included in the report. • The beginning of the report should follow the sample format provided on the following page. • Internship reports will be bound for reference at the Administrative Office of the College of International Relations. For the sake of convenience, please complete the last page of your internship report on an even number of page (if possible).
