Social report of Tesco
The CEO of Tesco Clarke said:” I'm determined that every Tesco store and every Tesco business is valued and trusted by local people because we do the right thing." (Corporate responsibility, 2013) From what he said, it can be seen that Tesco focus on the customers’ feeling to them.
In the social report of Tesco in 2013, it said that as a result of our business throughout Asia, Europe and North America, we have thousands of examples of how we relate to customers, suppliers, charities, non-government and government organizations and local community cooperation to fulfill our commitments. This review can't include all the content, but we hope it can show that we put the community we serve to our core work. It explains how we develop our corporate social responsibility strategies and management of our performance. It also analyzed some of the challenges we face as a global enterprise, and we are making for customers, the environment, employees and suppliers to change some of the important fields.
