With the rapid development of social economy, the public tends to focus on the social responsibility of the company, as well as feedback to the society, rather than pay close attention to how to create interest in the company. Especially, environmental protection and human rights has became the most pressing social phenomenon. Under this trend, enterprises increasingly emphasis on CSR which stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. This term has became popular in the 1960s and was narrowly construed to cover legal and moral responsibility.(De George, 2010) CSR had seen by many enterprises as an significant way to increase competitive strength, protect the brand and raise companies’ prestige, and also establish a trust relationship with consumers and staffs(Sen and Bhattacharya, 2001). Therefore, enterprises will take the future planning about the operations of social responsible business into more considerations(Strandberg,2002). Louis Vuitton is a French fashion stores was founded in 1854, mainly selling luxury products such as bags, clothes, shoes andso on. LV is one of the leading international fashion store in the world(Martin, 1995). Under the pressure of globalization, ethnic diversity and different religious will intensify social demands.
