Corrupt Leaders In Animal Farm

“Better to die fighting for freedom then be a prisoner all the days of your life”(Marley). In today’s society, corrupted leaders are often seen throughout the world. Also, almost every day, an event happens that forces the government into adding or changing a federal law. With all the historical revolutions from the past, one could occur at any time, any place. In his novel, Animal Farm, George Orwell demonstrates through the characters that a revolution could happen in modern society. By inspecting corrupted leadership as well as, modified and new laws, it is evident that in the novel, revolutions are present.

Since he bought this with charity money, it proves that he is a selfish and negative leader. With qualities such as these, a revolution in the United States is bound to happen. People may say that there are good leaders, which is true. Although, there will always be a group of corrupted leaders. For example, there is approximately, 200 countries in the world. This statistic is to prove that there should be a leader for each country. However, there only needs to be one bad leader to cause a revolution. Furthermore, Snowball represents the good kind of leader, as opposed to Napoleon who is more of a selfish leader. Each decision they have to make, it seems like a disagreement happens between the two of them, which leads to an argument.
