I appreciate your outlook about securing a client's records. Specifically, your move to support the counselor-client relationship by lessening the information provided to the courts. With so many discrepancies which exist between federal and state statutes, it becomes essential to keep a reference handy and discuss the proper protocol for transferring client's data, with your supervisor.
