Billing and Settlement Plan – A carrier neutral reporting /
accounting system run by IATA
Use of neutral traffic document (STD) and one single reporting point
BSP Reports are official accounting documents
A network of approved Agents who issue Traffic

Agents Accreditation – System of financial guarantee / Criteria control
Airlines Ticketing Authority
A clearing instrument to reconcile the sales by Agents to
