I have over nine years of Experience in the information technology industry and I have worked in several capacities ranging from help desk analyst, deskside support analyst, system admin and field operations analyst.
I have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and I am currently pursing a second degree in Network Design and Management at Western Governors university.
I also posses a great number if Industry certifications ranging from Comptia A+, Network + , Project + Security +, to CIW associate and Professional, Javascript Specialist, MCP, MCSE, MCITP Enterprise Administrator Server 2008, MCTS Exchange Server 2013 just to mention a few. I am a seasoned professional who has worked for both medium and small size enterprises and up to Fortune 500 companies Like Flkyn (supporting over 5000 end users) and Hop (Supporting ovetr 500 End users) under the PublicisGroupe.
I have a great mastery of the technology involved in this position. I am proficient in Windows XP, 7 Enterprise, Windows 8, Mac OSX 10.6, and 10.8.5.
I am also very proficient with server technologies like Windows Server 2008 R2, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Community enhanced Linux (CentOS) and Scientific Linux by the NSA.
I have experiences supporting both desktops and mobile /Wireless devices.
