You need to tell the employer specifically which position you are applying for as they may have numerous jobs posted, if you are given a job code number ensure that you use it. Include details of where you saw the position posted – if it was in PlacePro, say “the Engineering Employment Centre" or “the University of Alberta” instead as PlacePro is an internal job posting system and has no meaning to employers.
