In the article by R.U.Steinberg, paragraph 2 tells us that the first step that forensic anthropologists take after finding the bones, is examine it and find out if it's human. Then they ask if it's an individual or more. After knoork on the biological profile of the victim which includes age, height, gender, and race. A trained forensic anthropologist can identify gender, ethnicity, age, illness, and possible careers, just by looking and touching bones (PBS, 1). They record data, put bones together, and determine possible cause of death. The virtual world can be created using 3D lasers and computer software. The crime scene is taking on a completely different view. No longer is the crime scene restricted to inside of the crime tape.
