Opportunity Analysis-
We want to launch a Premium Quality flavored yogurt brand “Delecto” in Bangladesh for the first time. In Bangladesh, we’ve many dairy products like yogurt and sweets and other stuffs like this, but when it's about stained, flavored yogurts like- fruit flavored or any other flavor like chocolate; we do not have any local brand of Bangladesh who can meet this need. Hence, there’s still a scope for any company to come up with premium quality of flavored yogurts.
Moreover, if we think about people of Bangladesh, we can see- people's taste is changing, they prefer things that weren’t so popular before and they actually like those things now, like- health drinks and so on. That’s why, this seems to be a favorable opportunity to come up with this flavored yogurt by maintaining the premium quality like Danone, Chobani etc.
Another strong reason can be- We have a good source of dairy items in Bangladesh, and it can actually help a lot in terms of making this product & the technologies we can use for stained-Greek style yogurt can be very unique in Bangladesh as no one else really offers stained yogurt.
So, we expect and aspire to build our yogurt brand like that and hold the image of premium product quality by actually maintaining it.

Considering about our Consumer’s choice and the variety they might look for, We want to come up with various flavors, as much as possible to provide, like- banana flavored, mango flavored, apple, peach, apricot and so on flavors with natural fruit toppings and artificial flavors. We want this product to link to their need's situation, purchase situation and make them feel attached to this product emotionally and make them actually purchase the product. To make them use it more and create repeat usage situation, we are going to focus on our target market with cognitive and affective message strategy and using executional frameworks like -slice of life etc and we are going to position this product in such way

    When walking into Orange Leaf, the bright orange, green, and white décor invite you in. Then, an undeniably sweet scent allures one into assuming their product will consist of top quality and deliciousness. However, when examined closely, the truth reveals itself. With 16 flavors to choose from, pinning down the flavor most desired stands easier said than done. Though almost always in this store, a machine stands broken or a sticky mess, forcing the consumer to decide against that particular flavor. Besides that, Orange Leaf remains one of the only frozen yogurt companies that actually makes their yogurt in the store. By mixing milk, powdered yogurt, and an artificial flavoring, “frozen yogurt” has been conceived. Typically, froyo shops order their yogurt made in a factory with regulations and comes in gallon jugs. When yogurt actually comes from the store made by the employees, ensuring consistency and quality one hundred percent of the time remains impossible.
