Creative Writing: Mrs. Sarah Coats
Mrs. Sarah Coats-Myles was a heart-filled teacher. She loved and cared about her students. She was gentle and kind to me and my fellow classmates. Mrs. Myles always wanted to see the best in me. When I was down, she would always be there to make me smile again. She would always compliment me and my classmates and always say “old fast tail girl.”
If I had an opportunity to say anything to Mrs. Myles today, I would tell her thanks for being my teacher. Thanks for always being there when I needed her. Thanks for always giving me a shoulder to cry on when time was rough. Thanks for always encouraging me to strive for the best and never settle for less. I would also tell Mrs. Myles the things she did for me, I would do it for her.

    Memorable teachers are not the ones, who are the most pleasant to their students, but they are not the toughest ones either, they are the one that make you work for your knowledge, and you appreciate it, naturally much later in life. Mrs. Wright was very kind, compassionate, and honest no matter what the subject was or how she thought we were doing in school. She would always search for ways on how someone could improve.
