INDIAN TOBACCO COMPANY
PREFACE
It gives me a great pleasure to bring forth this project. BBA is a course that actually teaches business administration. Our project on FUNCTIONAL STRATEGIES OF ITC Company gave us ample information which is actually not found in the books. The practical facts as to how a company formulates different strategies have encouraged me to present this project.
This project will enlighten all the facts as to how an organization formulates its strategies, their implementation and their evaluation along with the control system from beginning to end and many other facts. All efforts have been made to present the project in as simple form as possible.
Simple pictures have been used to make all the data’s and information’s clear, which might not be understood only by reading. Different comparisons have been made and all the where about of INDIAN TOBACCO COMPANY are made easily accessible. Changes brought about in the company from time to time have also been brought forward the project can be easily understood by even a layman. An attempt has been made to make this project useful for the students of BBA. All suggestions from students and teachers are highly solicited.
Hope the project will be appreciated by you all.
