Crow Hogan Character
Hello everyone Bandit here! I know it’s been a while, but I have decided to tweek my character profiles into something new. I am going to start to provide you all with an in depth analysis of what makes certain characters good. Now to clarify what I mean by “what makes a character good”, I will be covering their personality, and their development as a character, as well as being a person. I will not be covering their design or decks. The goal of this series is to find what makes each character innately human, and therefore relatable. This week I will be covering one of the most liked characters from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D’s, Crow Hogan!

Now when looking at Crow, we have to take a good look at his personality. At first Crow seemed very similar to Yusei, but as we got to know Crow, we quickly learned that he is truly his own person with his own dreams, goals, and ideals. That is shown through the fact that Crow is a hot headed and impulsive person that will do anything to protect those he cares about. This is one of the most important aspects of creating a good character. If Crow didn’t have this flaw, he would have just fallen into the heroic trope that so

When developing a good character, they should have flaws that can affect the story in their own way. If a character was created that had no flaws, we would never be able to relate to him. With a character like that, you would have almost no way to create drama or progress the story in any meaningful way. Crow has a very significant struggle when he looks to challenge Greiger during the Dark Signer arc. When Crow encounters him, he does not think to consider if Greiger was actually the one that made the kids go missing, he just charged in there and challenged him assuming he was the one that took them. This makes him such as relatable character because many of us would act the same way based on emotions rather than logic, or questioning if it is a trap or

One of my favorite characters was Josh, since he is one of the only characters that seems to act of his own free will, ignoring the attitudes and beliefs of those around him, and giving the appearance of being free from the restraints of the racial inequality that surround the African-Americans in the story. Josh would rather die than be subservient and treated like an animal. I at first found this admirable but was later sad to read that his hatred got the…

“‘You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... until you climb into his skin and walk around in it,’” (39) said by Atticus Finch. Atticus, who appears in the novel To Kill a Mockingbird is widely considered one of the most outstanding characters in American literature. This is because he is fearless, self-sufficient, and a wise character. You can see all of these characteristics show through in his job, his fatherly figure, and his individual self.…

I show outstanding character by being trustworthy, patient, and by helping others if they need help. If I say something will get done it will be done in a timely manner. For example, my dogs had to go out every one to two hours when they were being house broken so I made sure I took them out or asked to see if they were out recently. Another way that I show character in is MMA by being patient if someone does not understand something so they can get it or by trying to explain how to do it in a different way.…

A person of character is, someone to admire, who sets a good example, who knows the difference between right and wrong. To me no one is good or bad. This is a fact that should be kept in mind when we try to judge a person's overall character. We are all different and complex. I think I show most of the elements a person of good character should show. Not only have I been looked up to and admired, but I try to keep as active as possible (a quality younger students may look up to). Joining different sports, excelling in academics, and joining other extracurricular activities, gives me this opportunity and also demonstrates my reliability. Like a person with a good character I like to help anyone that is in need of a little guidance. I've always been known to make people laugh or feel better when they are down, which seems to me like a person with a great character, and want to better life's sometimes harsh obstacles.…
