CCC wishes to thank the numerous individuals who were involved in the planning and implementation of the research component of this project: Mr. Justin Flurscheim, who was responsible for oversight of the research team and planning the survey; Mr. Sothy Khieng, who was the head researcher and Ms.
Channeang Chim who as the Administrative Coordinator was responsible for the overall logistics and arrangements. The team was assisted by two researchers: Non Chamroeun and Phe Sila
