LA ECONOMIA EN
LA ENCRUCIJADA

LA NATURALEZA CAMBIANTE DEL PERFIL EMPRESARIAL.-

Durante los ultimos años se ha discutido mucho sobre los problemas que afrontan los tigres asiaticos, el efecto de la Union Monetaria Europea (UME) en la economia y los avatares de la economia Japonesa y su efecto en las demas. A comienzos de 1998 señalaban que los antiguos paises comunistas habrian de reemplazar a las florecientes economias del sudeste de Asia, atrayendo el interes mundial. Estos son los cambios que se estan produciendo en el nivel macro y geopolitico superior. En el nivel microeconomico, se producen cada vez mas fusiones y adquisiciones de empresas. Se estan verificando alianzas estrategicas y fusiones en las telecomunicaciones y en los sectores farmaceuticos y minoristas de todo el munso. Las empresas estan abandonando sus rigidas estructuras y convirtiendolas en marcos horizontales y flexibles. Se estan rediseñando los procesos de producción y capacitando a los empleados. Como resultado del proceso de globalización, el mundo de la macro y la microeconomia se halla sumido en el desorden. En consecuencia es importante comprender en que medida el tema y los principios y modelos de la Economia se ven afectados por la globalización del comercio.

LA APARICION DE LA “ ECONOMIA GLOBAL “

Desde 1980, las empresas consideran que el mercado mundial es una triada compuesta por las regiones del Asia y el Pacifico, America del Norte y Europa. Esta perspectiva deriva de la competencia intensiva.

La empresa MUNDIAL lo sabe todo sobre un solo tema importante. Conoce la necesidad absoluta que existe de ser competitiva tanto a nivel mundial como nacional, y trata constantemente de reducir los precios estandarizando aquello que vende y su manera de operar.

It was organized into stable, hierarchical and generally autocratic organizations.
